The application is hosted by Vercel Inc., San Francisco, California, United States. The database, authentication and files (images, voice messages) are hosted by Supabase.

3. Nature of the Service

PrivateMia is an AI-powered conversational companion service. 'Mia' is a fully virtual character: messages, voice notes and images are generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems and do not originate from any real person. In accordance with AI transparency requirements, users are informed at all times that they are interacting with an AI and not a human being.

4. Intended Audience

The service is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or over.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements of the service (brand, name, logo, interface, texts, the 'Mia' character, visuals and content) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorization is prohibited.
